- Establish good mealtime hygiene so that your kids come to the table hungry.
- (you are not supposed to be mobile vending machines)
- Trying something new at least 8-15 times will lead to acceptance of a new food.
- It is just fine to reward your child to eat or punish them for not eating
- This is a years-long project
